Accident Checklist
- Check all parties are okay
- Call the emergency services if necessary
- Do not admit liability
- Record the details of the party/parties involved
- If you have a mobile phone with a camera, take photos of the accident scene
If you need to make a claim for the accident then you will need to provide your insurance company with details of all other drivers involved including vehicle registration number along with details of any independent witnesses to the collision.
